THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

At www.ttdriver.com.au.au you can search for a booking, vote in polls or otherwise express an opinion, subscribe to one of our services such as our online newsletters, or participate in one of our online forums or communities. The types of personally identifiable information that may be collected at these pages include: name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, and information about your interests, driving experience, and services.

In order to use some features of this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest, or booked.

HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION

We may use the information you provide about yourself to fulfill your requests for our products, programs, and services, to respond to your inquiries about our offerings, and to offer you other products, programs or services that we believe may be of interest to you. We sometimes use this information to communicate with you about our services, to fulfill a request by you for an online newsletter, or to contact you about your account with us.

We use the information that you provide about others to enable us to send them information to offer our products, programs, or services to them.We sometimes use the non-personally identifiable information that we collect to improve the design and content of our site and to enable us to personalize your Internet experience. We also may use this information in the aggregate to analyze site usage, as well as to offer you products, programs, or services.

Although we take appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that personally identifiable information that we collect will never be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Notice.

We may on occasion combine information we receive online with outside records to enhance our ability to market to you those products or services that may be of interest to you.

By booking a driving  lesson or lessons provided by TT Driver Training, Newcastle, New South Wales ('TT' or 'we'), as part of TT Driver Education ("Program"), the participant ("you") accepts these terms and conditions.

While every endeavour is made to commence the lesson at the scheduled time, no responsibility can be taken for circumstances beyond our or our instructors' or contractors control which may delay the start time.

You indemnify and agree to keep indemnified TT and its related bodies corporate and their officers, employees, contractors, and agents against any loss, damage, liability, costs and expenses in connection with your breach of these terms and conditions or any other legal obligation by you.

RATES: TT Driver Training reserves the right to revise rates, terms and specifications contained in the current listing rates.

Policies

If driving lessons take place in your own vehicle, you warrant that you are covered by compulsory third party insurance and that your vehicle is covered by comprehensive insurance.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: 24 hours or less notice incurs full fee. No-Shows incur full fee.

48hrs notice must be provided for test cancellations as full fee will still be charged.

Package Policy: all lessons must be completed at a minimum rate of 1 per week, gift certificate lessons must be completed prior to expiry date otherwise will be forfeited. Prepaid packages must provide 48hrs notice of lesson cancellation or change otherwise lesson will be forfeited.

Late Payment: late payment of invoices incur $25 administration fee, plus $10 ongoing monthly admin fee until paid.

Corporate Courses and Other: You must provide at least fourteen days notice of cancellation otherwise 50% of fee is charged. Less than 7 days notice will incur full fee being charged.

Neither TT nor its driving instructors accept any responsibility whatsoever for the outcome of any driving test which you take.
