Our real-time, web-based booking and scheduling system

Newcastle's first and only user friendly online booking system.

Self Registered Clients:

When registering yourself for the first time without an invitation from TT. You MUST fill in your full address, suburb & postcode along with your D.O.B in the Comments & Special Requirements section. This allows TT to complete your client file and allows your instuctor to pick you up from your supplied address. Without this information your client file is incomplete and your booking will be cancelled.

How do my Clients make appointments?
When clients reach your Public Services page, they can sign-in if they have previously made appointments with you in this way, and review their current appointments. New clients simply select their desired service and follow the prompts. After completing your booking, you will need to log back in to complete your address and other contact details. You can spik this step if you accepted an invitation from TT.

When do Clients receive booking confirmations?
When a client makes a booking themselves or when a booking is entered manually using Standard Services or Custom Booking, a booking confirmation is immediately sent by email. For bookings entered by staff, confirmation emails to clients are only sent if the selected or entered Client has an email address.

SMS is enabled, what does this mean?
SMS (Simple Message Service) allows communication with staff and clients via a text message to their mobile phone. For Clients, the advantage is that they can now be reminded more effectively. Since the message goes to their mobile phone, the reminder is far more effective than the email reminder, since they don't have to check their email to see their reminder.
